C. Howard Gumpper Jr., 80, of Fishers, IN, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2013. He was born on September 21, 1932 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Charles and Ruth Gumpper. He was a Korean War Veteran and loved to walk his dog, Cody. He was also an avid sport fan of the Colts and Pacers. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Gumpper; daughters, Jean Rathsack and Janet Eilan; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Gumpper and daughter, Diana Sue Gumpper Cox. Visitation will be on Thursday, September 5, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, Harry W Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250. A private service will be held at Lindenwood Cemetery in Ft. Wayne at a later date.
