Obituary for Fay Jean Schleutker (Helm)
Fay Jean Helm Schleutker, 89, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2013 at Brookdale Place in Indianapolis.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles M. Schleutker, after 65 years of marriage. They shared many happy years together, traveling, volunteering in local civic activities, and playing an active role in the lives of all their children.
Survivors include a brother, Marvin (MaryLu) Helm and sister, Maxine Socha; son, Jeffrey (Deborah) Schleutker and daughter Nancy (William Moore) Schleutker; four grandchildren, Kristine (Dan) Sage, James A. (Rebecca) Webb, Katie Webb, and Justin C. Schleutker; and one great grandchild, Adeline Jean Sage.
A private Memorial Service will be attended by immediate family. Memorial contributions may be made to charity of donor’s choice.
