Delmer Dean Fisher, 54, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2013. He was born on November 25, 1958 to Helen O. and Delmer D. Fisher. He was the youngest of five children with four older sisters, Shirley Maxwell, Lois LeVine, Roberta Weaver, and Rebecca Franz. He was a loving father of Christopher and Erica Fisher.

Delmer was an Eagle Scout in his youth, attended Lawrence School Systems and IUPUI, and was later employed at Raytheon as an electrical engineer. Delmer was an active member and treasurer of the Anderson Aero Modelers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and survived by his children, siblings, many nieces and nephews, and his loving partner in life, Patricia Hamner.
